Nobody outside the founding team should be asked to agree to this version. It exists so that the agreement, the signature and the record behind them can be built and tested before the words arrive.
What an account is
An account lets you use Consentique. It holds your name, how we reach you, and whatever you choose to tell us about yourself.
Having an account does not license anything. What a brand may do with your face, what they pay and how you stop it are set out in the licensing terms, and you are asked about those separately.
What we ask of you
Be yourself. The account has to be your own, and you have to be over 18.
Anything you capture has to be of you, and not of anybody else.
How this ends
You can close your account whenever you want to, from your profile.
A licence a brand has already paid for runs to the end of its agreed term, which is set out in the licensing terms.
