Licensing terms
What a brand may do with your face, what it costs them, what you are paid, and how you stop it.
Version 0.1-placeholder-2026-08-19
This is placeholder content while the document is written. Nobody should be asked to agree to this version.
These terms are not final
This is placeholder content. The full licensing terms are being written and this page will carry them when they are ready.
Nobody outside the founding team should be asked to agree to this version. It exists so that the agreement and the record behind it can be built and tested before the words arrive.
What is licensed
Your face. A brand licenses the photographs you captured, inside the rules you set, and nothing outside them.
Your voice is not licensed. The recording you made has your voice on it because saying the words out loud is how you gave your consent, and it is never sent to anybody who makes something from your face.
What it costs and what you are paid
You set your price and you keep all of it. A brand pays your price plus our fee and a booking fee on top, so what they pay is more than what you set and none of the difference comes out of yours.
What a brand pays is shown to you beside your own price before you set it, and again on every licence.
How long, and where
Each licence runs for the term agreed when it is bought, and it ends when that term ends.
Each licence names where it may be used. Outside that, it is not licensed.
How you stop it
You can switch off your availability whenever you want to, and no new licence can be written against you from that moment.
A licence a brand has already paid for runs to the end of its agreed term. That is the one thing switching off does not undo, and it is why the term is on every licence.
