What we capture

A short guided capture: a set of photographs of your face, and one recording of you speaking.

What we license is your face. Your photographs are what a buyer licenses, and they travel to the generation partner a buyer uses only when somebody licenses you.

The recording has your voice on it because saying the words out loud is how you give your consent. It is evidence that you agreed. We keep it, we check it to confirm it is really you, and it is never licensed and never sent to a generation partner.

You can say no to this and still have an account

Agreeing to the terms and declining this are two separate answers. If you decline, your account stays and the capture stays closed, and you can agree later if you change your mind.
